N-sulfoglukozaminska sulfohidrolaza (EC 3.10.1.1, sulfoglukozaminska sulfamidaza, heparinska sulfamidaza, 2-desoksi-D-glukozid-2-sulfamatna sulfohidrolaza (sulfamatna sulfohidrolaza)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-sulfo-D-glukozamin sulfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-sulfo-D-glukozamin + H2O D-glukozamin + sulfat
